As a collaborative duo (Grace Cooper and Margaret Brackey), we are committed to creating work that illuminates our relationship to each other and to the more-than-human world. Through our work, we broach topics we see as vital for building a sustainable future as we live through a climate crisis. We view our relationships with our community as intertwined with our relationships to the land and the more-than-human world. Our future on this planet is contingent on our ability to listen, learn, and work with each other, and with the environment. We aim to communicate our perspectives and suggest a way of moving forward in our present world. We hope to offer a new way of thinking to our audience that leads with empathy, connection, and community.
